The three million shillings raised during the Soroti Cricket Academy Carnival 2025, following our inaugural Soroti City Run on December 21st, reflects the collective commitment of our supporters, partners, parents, and players.

We are equally grateful to Cricket Uganda for their invaluable support through the donation of astral turf materials.
This gesture goes beyond infrastructure it is a statement of belief in the future of cricket in eastern Uganda and in the young talent emerging from our region.
For many years, our players trained under difficult conditions, travelling long distances to access basic facilities.
Despite these challenges, their passion never faded. Today, with batting nets in Soroti, we usher in a new era one defined by consistency, opportunity, and excellence.
These nets are not just for today’s players; they are an investment in generations to come. They will support boys and girls, beginners and elite prospects, and ensure that no talent is left behind due to lack of access.
As Chairman, I reaffirm our commitment to responsible growth, inclusivity, and high standards. With continued community support and strong partnerships, Soroti Cricket Academy will remain a beacon of hope and excellence for cricket in eastern Uganda.
