Holiday Camps

We as SCA have holiday camps twice a year, one in january and the other in December. These holiday camps are non residential and majorly conducted at the Soroti oval. We normally invite coaches from kampala to help share some skills and improve the cricketers skills. The main purpose for these camps are as follows below;

• Help in improvement of the crickets game


• Help improve the skill and technique of the players


• To maintain the health and fitness of the player for the next upcoming season.


• To help instil tolerance and game awareness


• The camps also help in social skill and inter cultural communication.

The camps majorly run for 3 weeks and divided into two segments. Morning and Afternoon segments per day. The girls always take up the morning period that always runs from 9am to 12pm then the boys take up the afternoon period that runs from 2pm to 6pm. The players are there after tested with trial games that are played on the weekends to test and access the training process.
